The Rising Sun Publishing House (RSPH) was founded by Victor and Roxana Paul in 2015 as a family business in Australia to publish Tarot cards and books. By now, seven original collectible Tarot decks with books or booklets were published and marketed successfully. RSPH develops business connections with the main trading, shipping, fulfilling and printing companies all around the world. The mission of the RSPH is to publish quality collectable Tarot cards and books.
