Craig Coss is an award-winning San Francisco Bay Area fine artist, illustrator, and storyteller with an MFA in Visual Narrative from the School of Visual Arts. Themes that recur in his work include longing, the sacred feminine, the dangers of anthropocentrism, and our interconnectivity with the earth. Whether narrative or talismanic, his work explores the fertile ground between the poles of power and beauty. His illustrations often use traditional materials and techniques with contemporary tools to evoke historical associations that address current design problems.
