Bio:
Victor Paul is a writer best known as the author of “The Secret Code of Tarot,” 2017, which unveils how knowledge of the universal order is coded in the Tarot system, and “The Tarot Collector’s Investment Guide: Collecting for Fun and Profit,” 2019, is the first book about the cards collection economy and collection management. He used to work as an expert and researcher for a wide range of international donor organisations, including the World Bank and European Commission.
